PLEASE HELP How do I take off the top of the Bacardi bottle?

I don't know what to call it but it's a fancy bottle of Bacardi Superior that won't allow anything to be poured in. How can I take it out? Help please?|||Use a pair of pliers.





Grip whatever you can holding the pliers perpendicular to the neck of the bottle, then slowly but surely twist pliers alng the axis of your wrist.





It will eventually give way and come out, but you won't risk losing a drop of the holy elixir.|||The safety cap thing that's inside of the bottle so it pours out slower? Just use your fingers or your mouth.|||it's the thingy that makes it pour out alot slower they use those things at bars. just use fingers, teeth, or something to pry it off with okies|||Ask when you're 21, or 19 in Canada seems to me you're a teenager who found some booze in Mom and Dad's liquor cabinet and think liquor can take your problems away.





So you know Bacardi is crap when it comes to rum it's like saying Busch is good beer
