What is the best way to drink Bacardi 151?

I plan on getting a bottle this weekend and I was wondering how yall would suggest drinking it?|||It can be a head buster... I like the bite, but many do not. Those who hide the bite do it best with orange, lime, or grapefruit juice. Some even enjoy putting a bottle into a watermelon.





However you drink it, have a large water-glass of water before bedding down... this drink dehydrates you like no other save everclear. Come to think of it, we did many of our ritual punch parties with 151. We would take a large waste can and put in several plastic bags. We would add fruit cocktail and grape coolaid (We called the coolaid Bug Juice) and called it a Purple Jeses Party, for we drank till we "Saw GOD". believe me, 3 bottles of 151, 1 bottle of everclear, 5-10 cans of fruit, like pineapple, orange pieces, well you get the picture...





Be careful as I have said, for 151 is not a childs drink. Every year when I was in the US Navy we would get between 5 and 10 safety messages where someone had died drinking 151.

151 is normally used for flaming drinks or a splash of top of something else, almost never as a primary ingredient in a mixed drink
