What can be made with Bacardi, besides rum balls? I bought wayyyyy too much and now I am stuck with about?

3/4 of a bottle. I don't drink much so drinking it is not the answer.

I am asking for SERIOUS recipes, please.

HELLLPPP!!|||Being in California, the best wine country, I don't drink but use the best wines in my cooking. But I found some sites that will certainly help out with recipes.

PS. Alcohol lasts a long time so RELAX and store the rest in cupboard you don't use that often. Use the Rum at your leisure!

There are also great new stoppers for wine and other alcohols that need to be capped. Try a good Liquor store or an online store that you like. Cooking.com is just one. FoodTv.com another. Try their stores and see if you can find a good stopper if you need one. Also try Target they have bottle stoppers too. Hope this helps.

Best Wishes with these recipes and Relax, cooking is fun!!

D~|||maybe jellys iv made vodka jellys b4 so maybe try bacardi 1,s|||Rum cake is delicious! Here's a recipe that uses 1/2 cup...enjoy!|||***I'm still using the bottle I bought 3 years ago, when you only need a little bit for rum balls it will last for years.

Here is a no baking fruitcake recipe is really good and add some to that but not too much.

Take out a couple of tablespoons of the sweetened condensed milk then add 4 tbsp. of your rum.

NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE

1, 1 lb. package of vanilla wafers crushed

1 qt. pecans

陆 lb each, red, green, candied cherries cut up and use the juice

陆 lb golden raisins

1 can sweetened condensed milk (you can add 1 tsp. rum extract to milk before mixing)

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl,

Add milk, mix well, pack into a lined can and chill,

I used a large Tupperware storage bowl with a custard cup upside down in the middle, this way it turned out looking like a fruit cake.

The longer it sits the better it gets.|||You can make a really good Jerk Chicken. Use 4-6 whole chicken breasts, marinate them in 2 cups rum with either a store bought jerk seasoning, or make your own - use cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, onion powder, garlic, a dash of lemon pepper and a dash of cayenne. Put all of it a zipper bag and marinate overnight in the fridge. Grill or cook on one of those grill machines, or even just in a flat pan with Pam.

I usually use approx 1 Tbsp of each of the seasons when I make my own, but there are some really good jerk seasonings you can purchase. Serve with saute'd butter herb rice or pilaf. My family loves it. The best rum to use is a spiced, but you can use any kind, especially left over! Just add a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg. About 1/4 tsp.|||Buy a jar of those marichino cherries and let them soak in the rum for about 6 weeks. Give them to a friend as a gift, Cherry Bombs! Warn the friend! You either chew or just swallow a cherry. In about 10-20 minutes you are SUDDENLY drunk, bombed actually, thus the name.
