Sometime in the near future i am planning on mixing a gallon of Hawaiian punch with a fifth of bacardi 151. Does anyone think it would taste good or should I just mix half a fifth?|||Yeah, dude, definitely go with half of the 750mL, or do at least 2 gallons of the juice. In fact if you throw in the whole fifth, use 3 gallons at least.|||Depends on your ratio. Approach with extreme caution. I like using lemon/limeade.|||i would be careful with that. 151 has a very strong alcohol taste and the hawaiian punch might not be able to cover it.
best drink ive ever had with 151... pineapple juice, malibu rum, and bacardi 151. its delicious.|||My experience with Hawiian punch and rum is that it's not very good. Try pineapple juice instead. The proportion of juice to alcohol sounds pretty reasonable to me. Assuming your over 21 of course.|||Whatever you do, use the rum with a light hand. That stuff is potent and you don't want to make people sick.
